High-Level Development for High-Level Pitchers This program is designed for serious pitchers committed to maximizing their performance and pursuing baseball at the highest levels. Built from experience competing at the Division I collegiate and professional levels, the program combines advanced pitching instruction with performance training to develop every component of a pitcher's game—from movement quality and mechanics to velocity, command, durability, and competitive performance. This is not a one-size-fits-all pitching program. Every athlete is evaluated individually and trained according to their current abilities, developmental needs, and long-term goals. THE DEVELOPMENT MODEL Elite pitching requires more than simply throwing a baseball. Our approach integrates pitching mechanics, velocity development, strength and power, mobility, arm care, movement quality, and recovery into one comprehensive development system. Pitching Mechanics Develop an efficient, repeatable delivery built around the athlete's individual movement profile. Training focuses on improving: ● Direction and movement efficiency ● Lower-half utilization ● Sequencing and timing ● Force production and transfer ● Arm path and delivery efficiency ● Consistency and repeatability ● Command and pitch execution Velocity Development Velocity is a product of how efficiently an athlete can create, transfer, and direct force. Rather than chasing radar-gun readings alone, athletes learn how to develop the physical and mechanical qualities that allow them to produce velocity consistently and sustainably. Arm Strength & Longevity High-level pitchers must be capable of handling the demands of high-level competition. The program incorporates structured throwing progressions, arm-care protocols, recovery strategies, and workload management designed to help athletes build a more resilient throwing arm. Strength, Power & Athletic Development Pitching performance begins with the athlete. Training is designed to develop the physical qualities that directly contribute to pitching performance, including: ● Lower-body strength ● Explosive power ● Rotational power ● Core strength and stability ● Dynamic movement ● Coordination and body control ● Mobility Individualized Performance Training No two pitchers move the same way, and no two pitchers require the same development plan. Athletes are evaluated throughout the process to identify limitations, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Training is then adjusted accordingly to ensure that each athlete is working toward measurable and meaningful performance gains. COMPETE AT THE NEXT LEVEL The objective is not simply to create a pitcher who throws harder. The objective is to develop a complete high-level pitcher capable of performing when the competition gets better and the stakes get higher. Athletes will develop the physical tools, technical understanding, preparation habits, and competitive mindset necessary to pursue the next level of baseball. Whether the goal is to become a varsity starter, collegiate recruit, Division I athlete, professional prospect, or professional pitcher, the standard remains the same: Train with purpose. Develop with intention. Compete at the highest level. BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE This program is built on firsthand experience at the highest levels of amateur and professional baseball. With experience as a: ● Division I two-way player ● Division I team captain ● 95+ MPH pitcher ● Professional pitcher ● Pitching & performance trainer the program is designed to provide athletes with more than instruction—it provides them with the knowledge, preparation, and development standards required to pursue high-level baseball. DEVELOP. PERFORM. ADVANCE. For pitchers who aren't satisfied with being good—and are committed to finding out how good they can become INTAKE DAY & PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT Day One is where development begins. Every athlete starts with a comprehensive Intake Day designed to establish exactly where they are and uncover the potential that exists within them. A comprehensive movement screen will be given where we will evaluate movement quality, mobility, stability, coordination, pitching mechanics, and key performance metrics to establish a measurable baseline. From velocity and throwing performance to strength, power, and movement, we want to understand the complete athlete—not just the number on the radar gun. This gives us the information necessary to identify opportunities, attack weaknesses, maximize strengths, and create a foundation for meaningful progress. From there, we sit down with the athlete and establish a clear vision for where they want to go. Whether the goal is becoming a varsity starter, earning a college opportunity, competing at the Division I level, or pursuing professional baseball, we build the training plan around that vision. Every athlete will leave Intake Day knowing their starting point, understanding what they need to improve, and having a clear roadmap for how we're going to get there. We don't guess. We measure, we develop, and we hold ourselves accountable to progress. Day One isn't just the beginning of the program—it is the first step toward finding out how good you can become. ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Dillon Champagne brings a distinguished combination of Division I playing experience, professional baseball experience, advanced performance training, and athlete development to his work with pitchers. A former Division I two-way player and team captain at Longwood University, Dillon competed at the highest level of collegiate baseball and developed into a 95+ MPH pitcher before signing to play professionally. He also spent six years training at Tread Athletics, gaining extensive exposure to advanced pitching development, strength and conditioning, arm care, biomechanics, and high-performance training methodologies. His experiences as both an athlete and a coach have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the physical preparation, technical development, discipline, and consistency required to perform at an elite level. Today, Dillon specializes in pitching development and high-performance training, working with athletes who are committed to maximizing their potential and pursuing opportunities at the next level. Athletes he has trained have earned hundreds of thousands of dollars in collegiate baseball scholarships, demonstrating the impact of a development process built around measurable improvement and long-term progression. His training philosophy integrates pitching mechanics, velocity development, arm health, strength and power, mobility, movement quality, and individualized performance programming to develop the complete athlete. Dillon's objective is not simply to make athletes better pitchers—it is to provide them with the preparation, knowledge, and performance standards necessary to compete at the highest level and position themselves for opportunities at the next stage of their baseball careers. Program Investment & Schedule The program is designed to provide athletes with consistent, high-level development and accountability throughout the week. The monthly investment is $450 per athlete, with a 3-month minimum commitment to allow enough time for athletes to develop, implement, and see meaningful progress in their training. Training sessions will be held Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM–5:00 PM, giving athletes flexibility within that window while receiving individualized instruction, throwing development, strength and conditioning, mobility work, and ongoing performance evaluation. There will also be a potential open-gym opportunity on Saturdays, providing athletes with additional time to work on their skills, get extra reps, and continue developing outside of the regular weekday training schedule. The goal is to create an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and given every opportunity to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
