Programs
Hitting, Pitching, and Catching programs are run in a small/mid sized group setting that allows players a more consistent schedule of training over fall and winter months. Our programs run for 6 week blocks and start in late October/November and run till Christmas break. Then again starting back up in another block, starting the new year. Depending on the programs and schedule they can run either 1 or 2 days a week for an hour at a time. Programs allow players to get the same style of individual training they are familiar with, implementing drills/stations to get the most focused reps. Attention to detail depends on how much a player is willing to work, ask questions, and build on their knowledge of the game. Group settings are great for confidence, meeting new friends, and learning from each other.
