Strength training is geared towards the advanced high school athlete, and runs summer through fall.
Baseball specific exercises focus on the fundamentals of proper and safe weight lifting form, building up strength and endurance.
Currently weight lifting equipment and the extended turf area are utilized, however a designated weight room will be available in the near future.
This is a drop-in style class with sign up posted for most Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during the summer.
